As an integral part of the sales process, I was a member of a three person team that traveled to Basel, Switzerland to present to an Abbott team for what was initially a relatively minor RFP for an eDetail Program. As a result of the presentation, we were awarded with not only the original business but what launched into a multi-year, multi-million dollar partnership across the entire Abbott Product Portfolio.

On my first of several trips for this project, we presented to and secured business with Abbott's (soon to be Mylan's) German team in Hanover. Consequently conceptualizing and creating a responsive Patient and HCP portal that was established as a Global template for Patient and HCP engagement. Additionally, I was tasked with managing the branding and transfer from Abbott to Mylan, as well as managing the Global eDetails and digital templates that we built to accommodate the transition. I also collaborated with McCann, Ogilvy, and other global agencies to establish a digital standard across digital product assets and Patient/HCP Engagement web sites.

For this engagement, I directed Global Creative & Tech teams across a diverse set of projects to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery. For over five years, I supervised the production and cultivation of a diverse catalog of GSK projects, traveling to their Morristown, New Jersey headquarters for Sales and Client Management. I also interfaced with the client in Los Angeles to run a multi-tiered Video/Photo shoot and audio recording session for Interactive, Print, and iDetail Production. Additionally, I traveled to GSK's London Headquarters to close a six-figure sale to coordinate their global storefront asset management needs.

I was initially brought into this engagement as an Art Director tasked with designing and producing a web site for Retisert®, a niche product in Bausch & Lomb's catalog. This resulted in a partnership that lasted for over nine years, spanning a large catalog of products and deliverable types. During this time, I traveled to and from Los Angeles, Tampa, and New Jersey, working independently to establish and maintain a multi-tiered engagement for three clients and a handful of products, including Retisert®, Vitrasert®, & Lotemax®.

In partnership with internal Sales and Project Managers, I established, managed, and created an international eDetail roll-out with customized interactive Veeva applications across the Forest product portfolio. This was a client-facing role requiring interaction with multiple product/brand managers, attendance on running RC meetings, and coordination across global and regional teams. Working against aggressive timelines, we kept on budget to deliver an impactful program. As a result, we were tapped to manage Forest's eDetail standards and transition to Actavis and Allergan branding, as well an expanded Multi-channel Marketing partnership.
